Refund Policy

As our services are digital and educational in nature, we maintain a strict but transparent refund policy, detailed below:

1. No Refund Policy (General)

Once a payment is successfully made through Razorpay and access to any course, session, or materials is granted, no refunds will be issued, except in the following cases:

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
   •    Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made a payment more than once for the same course.
   •    Payment Failure but Money Debited: If your account was debited but course access was not granted, and the issue is not resolved within 72 hours.
   •    Session Cancellation by Us: If a paid course/session is cancelled by our team without a rescheduled date or alternative.

For the above cases, we will refund the full amount within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
   •    You changed your mind after purchase.
   •    You did not attend or missed the session.
   •    You expected different content than what was clearly listed.
   •    You face internet/technical issues on your side.
   •    You failed to meet the course requirements or deadlines.

To request a refund (only for eligible cases), you must:
   •    Email us at info@sapsuccessfactorsmalayalam.in within 3 days of the transaction
   •    Include the payment receipt, Razorpay transaction ID, and reason for refund

We will verify the request and inform you of approval/rejection within 5 business days.

   •    All approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment source.
   •    Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
